Join the Lodi Historical Society and speaker Alane Dashner (@explore.lodi) to dive into the history of the Women of Lodi on Wednesday, October 21 from 6:30-8:00pm at Hutchins Street Square.
You’ll also do a bit of time traveling to admire and chuckle with Estella Smith, who single-handedly ran her ranch on Smith’s Lake (now Lodi Lake) from 1902-1937. Estella thrived despite big changes to the Mokelumne River and the growth of Lodi westward toward Woodbridge.
Come hear about the interesting stories of the women who shaped Lodi!
